We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to a 50 percent fee. No-shows are charged in full. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a reduced finishing time, as we strive to respect both your schedule and the next guest’s appointment. These policies allow us to maintain the level of care, attention, and service that defines the salon experience while being fair to all guests.
To reserve your appointment, a credit card is required. This ensures your time is held securely and allows us to provide the attentive, private service each guest expects. Your card information is handled securely and used only in accordance with our booking and cancellation policies.
If a guest is more than 15 minutes late, the full service, including blow drying & finishing, may not fit into the time allotted.
If a guest fails to show up for their appointment, the card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service as a no-show fee.
Walk-ins are welcome only when we have availability, though we encourage booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Because we operate in a private suite, we dedicate our time fully to each guest. Booking ahead ensures that your appointment is uninterrupted, that your service receives our full attention, and that your experience remains as calm, luxurious, and intentional as possible.
